Andalso Improv

AndAlso is an improv company founded by two of the most experienced improvisers in the UK. Our classes combine the unbridled joy and practical benefits of improvisation. We run weekly classes and courses in Brighton and online, as well as longer retreats and intensives. With over 30 years experience between them, we (Jules and Heather) have improvised for audiences from eight to two thousand, from the West End of London to the National Theatre of Malawi. As members of the Maydays and with our two person show Ten Thousand Million, we have performed in over 20 different countries. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Heather and Jules were among the first improvisation teachers to take their classes online. They led the Maydays/Nursery collaboration which was one of the largest online improv training programmes during lockdown. They now live in Sussex with their two children, Iggy and Dwyn.
