Andell Studios is a super central location near west end of Princes Street and in a beautiful listed building by the Dean Village. We provide office space for smaller businesses and individuals, including a coworking environment where you get your own workstation. Rental includes everything you need,(other than your daily tea or coffee, although we do have a lovely expresso machine to help you!) We won't charge you extra for WiFi, or electricity, or heating, or rates, or using the meeting room or.you get the picture!
