Anderson Coverage Group LLC is a boutique law firm in Chicago that protects and enforces the rights of policyholders nationwide in insurance coverage disputes. Partners David Anderson and Dennis LaGory have over 50 years of combined experience in insurance coverage law, most of it in BigLaw. In addition to representing our clients in coverage litigation and alternative dispute resolution, we provide pre-litigation advocacy and counsel our clients on insurance coverage and risk management issues. These include coverage denials, the duty to defend and the right to independent defense counsel, insurance procurement and renewals, policy wording, additional insured issues, notice issues, the drafting of insurance requirements and indemnity clauses in client contracts, and the insurance coverage implications of corporate acquisitions.
