Our team of well compassionate and trained Direct Professional Support staffs spent the decades caring for people with developmental disabilities and provide for their needs in the community. Mission Statement The ultimate objective of ADDS is to be the leader in managing the various programs available to person with developmental needs and to be the innovator of special needs people in making sure their HEALTH, SAFETY, INDEPENDENCE, PRIVACY, and JUSTICE are always cared for. Vision Is to be the principal architecture and management of developmentally disabled persons within the state of Ohio and its surrounding states by developing a standardize system through Medicaid Waiver Programs including private and other funding source. Values ADDS strongly believes that people with developmental disability needs are HONEST and LOVELY PEOPLE; therefore, they must be treated with the utmost respect, decency, independence, safety, and protection of their privacy at all times. For these reasons, ADDS, is fully obligated to help make them as courteous individuals within the community which is our team of professional caregiver’s core beliefs. ADDS, professional, experienced, and hardworking Supported Living Specialist, Certified Medication Professionals, including our management team are expected to conduct themselves with integrity by being honest and highly ethical by always doing the right thing the first time.
