My goal is for every client to achieve his or her full potential for a productive and happy life. In each session, there is a collaborative effort to understand and process relationship issues and personal challenges, to nurture growth and to learn new communication and coping skills. I provide a safe and secluded confidential space to help you process difficulties, identify and stop negative patterns, improve your communication skills and enrich your relationships. Additionally, I specialize in providing hope for clients and helping them obtain personal balance in their lives, so that they can be genuinely happy. My goal is to help clients achieve tangible lifelong skills to manage current or potential future mental health concerns. My work is collaborative and respectful, ensuring shared goals are met in a timely manner. My hope is that you leave feeling good about your time spent in my office and not worried about the "50 minute hour." My sessions last a full hour. I offer extended sessions for couples, as this allows more time to share and time to agree on forward-looking solutions.
