I specialise in the rapid and reliable treatment of depression, anxiety, addictions, anger, and relationship problems using the Human Givens Counselling methods. Therapy is offered either on a one to one basis or through Skype and online counselling. I have created Six Breakthrough Audio programmes. Each programme contain between 4-7 audios and up to two hours of recording. These are stand alone but are also immensely valuable as a complement to my one on one therapy. I offer full email support and consultation as required. The audios cover Depression, Trauma Relief, Relaxation, Clearing Patterns, Action and Goal setting and Addiction Relief. They build hope, provide understanding, shift emotional patterns in your unconscious and lead you towards the life changes you need and yearn for. Almost uniquely for a private practitioner I have kept outcome evidence of my work with clients over the past eight years. And my track record is one of the best - 85% plus success. I worked in the city for many years and live now with a chronic condition of Multiple Sclerosis. But this does not in any way impact on the quality of my work. I believe that both adds to my effectiveness as a therapist.
