Andy Crist Consulting, LLC was founded in 2009. I provide Industrial/Organizational Psychology consulting services to a companies representing a number of industries. I assist organizations in hiring the right people by assessing candidates for the qualities and characteristics that are most valued by that company. As a result, people can be brought in that are the best fit for the organization and hiring mistakes are reduced. In addition, I help organizations identify and develop potential future leaders in the company. In depth, Developmental Assessments contribute insights into an individual's strengths and weaknesses. These assessments also provide specific developmental suggestions for activities that can enahnce one's leadership abilities. A variety of other services can be provided as needed, including one on one coaching, leadership training and development, teambuilding activities, organizational design, and culture change.
