I am an International and Accredited STEM Coach and Mentor whose focus is to help transform people's career goals into reality by giving them support and advice to help them achieve them. This is done by tailored plans based on their current status to where they want to be and involves CV reviews SWOT & PSI analysis and a review of their potential leadership skills. I can help newly qualified graduates, those who have already gained some experience and looking for new challenges. In addition, can help middle and late career professionals with any post-Covid challenges and those who may be e considering part-time work or consultancy work! In addition, I have a Chemistry and Management background so can assist others needing to advise in those areas. Health and Safety are other areas where I have worked in my previous roles and can advise on COSHH, DSEAR, RISK ASSESSMENTS, and also on aspects of Managing safely. This is crucially important now as we go into the post-Covid era where employment challenges are going to be many as new thinking will be needed to Socially Distance in workplaces and what is going to be the best way to achieve it! My other distinguishing skill is that I can also speak fluent Polish and help newly arrived Poles to settle into the British way of life and deal with any career issues they may have. I aim to help young graduates who want to change direction in their chosen STEM discipline if they find they are not progressing as they perceived, to help those in mid-career should they wish to move into a different area of their profession. Also looking at helping those in late careers who might wish to ease back on their workloads and consider doing part-time consultancy based on their expertise and knowledge. As a lot of people have been furloughed and some have lost their jobs I am willing to sit down with them and have a heart-to-heart chat about what they want to do next via a low-cost consultation.
