Anela Properties’ target market are Tenants, Landlords, Developers & Contractors in need of complementary property management, administration and maintenance services on a once off or extended contracting basis. For wider Africa Regional reach, we partner with other regional companies and retain Principal and agency relations. Anela Properties is a Black Woman Owned level 1 partner. The managing member Ms Mthembu has the academic, corporate as well as public sector background of close to 20 years, having worked as Property leader in SA and Sub Sahara for Public Works, Transnet, BP & General Electric where she lead strategy, business customers and contractor relations for efficient delivery of property services & projects.
