Angel Property Hub

Networking The Angel Property Hub runs a FREE monthly networking event, to which everyone is welcome; from the newest of property newcomers to the top property tycoon! Our events are informal and relaxed, not your typical networking function. We provide a supportive and fun environment where like-minded people can gather and share their passion for all things property. Meet-ups are free and are held at the Paul Pry in Rayleigh on the first Thursday of every month (simply register in advance via Eventbrite.) Education We actively set out to educate fellow property people on buying, selling, being a landlord, investing in property, building a portfolio, and any and every aspect of property management. Joanne, our founder, has built up a vast property portfolio since 2003 and works with the National Landlords Association to keep abreast of every new law and policy in real time. Joanne continues to build her portfolio through buying property at the right price and time, not only can she educate you on the buying process, but also on how to get the best value by examining where to buy, and what to buy, to get the very best from your portfolio strategy. Learn from Joanne’s experience of building extensive systems and processes around the management of her portfolios and other’s, to ensure zero arrears, limited void periods, and zero deposit disputes. Sourcing We live and breath property! So if you have a brief, but no time to find the property that fits it, give us a call!
