As a coach and energy healer I help clients navigate through family anger issues, giving support through the process and out the other side. Issues with anger within a family magnifies the risk of depression and increased cortisol. This can create a base line of increased anxiety and higher risk of, physical and behavioural processing issues. It makes the experience of life harder. It is possible to metabolise your emotions and permanently reduce your sympathetic nervous system responses to everyday stimuli. My passion is to help you to master the inner game that prevents you from bringing balance to all aspects of your work and also home life. I get a real buzz from working intensively with clients,(though slower, long term work is also fun) helping them understand their emotional landscape, releasing old anger and finding a more gentle route through tension. Over time clients use and refine systems that work for them to make the best use of their time and resources. I'm privileged to witness their renewed confidence in skills, intuition and abilities as they take back control and laugh more easily.
