First, the small business owner who has gone into business because they are an expert in their field but they didn't go into business to post on social media all day and nor should they! They are a therapist, a lawyer, a fitness professional or an IT professional, for example. They aren't marketers by trade and really don't want to be. But they know marketing is critical for their business. They would like assistance to help determine the key activities to pursue and they want to be involved but they don't want to lead the show or marketing to encompass the bulk of their day. I help these clients by working with them on their goals, crafting a plan and bringing it to fruition. The second set of pain point lies with the small business owner who does love marketing! They are an expert in their field but they get such a kick out of building a content strategy, enhancing their Google My Business listing and producing live social media videos. The challenge that they have is that they can only be stretched so far. They have a vision but they need assistance executing their plan. I help these clients by being a virtual marketing assistant delivering to their strategy.
