The foundation of ANH & Co. was laid down in early 1900’s by the visionary jurist of his time ‘Justice Akbar Khan (late)’ who was the Chief Justice and Minister of Religious Affairs of the Princely state of Bahawalpur under the reign of Abbassi Nawabs. Apart from the advisory services of the state, he was the chief jurist and one of the trusted legal and religious advisors of Nawabs of Bahawalpur. Justice Akbar’s legacy was carried on by his Son-in-law, Justice Noor Ahmed Hashmi, who served as a District Judge in newly born Pakistan for more than 30 years. Following the footsteps of his Father and Grandfather, our current Head of Chambers Mr. Muhammad Buksh Masood Hashmi is a retired District & Sessions Judge and has 20+ years of experience as a legal consultant in Civil, Constitutional, and Criminal matters and 15+ years of experience as a District Judge.
