Anime Destiny Convention

Cal Animage Alpha presents Anime Destiny, UC Berkeley’s anime convention held annually at the Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union on campus. For over a decade, Anime Destiny has brought together fans of anime, manga, and cosplay. We also celebrate other forms of pop culture, including comics and gaming. Our one-day event offers several main attractions, such as our artist alley, dealer’s hall, and gaming room. Additionally, we host a variety of panels and activities, including a cosplay gathering, open mic karaoke, and our masquerade where cosplayers showcase their craftsmanship and perform for prizes. We also invite famous artists, cosplayers, and musicians as featured guests, giving attendees the chance to meet their favorite figures in person. With well over 1,200 attendees in 2017, Anime Destiny is multiplying in popularity. We here at Cal Animage Alpha continue to work passionately to provide a fantastic con experience.
