Anjeyoga

AnjeYoga provides private yoga in a beautiful private studio as well as on-site/traveling yoga classes. Yoga promotes balance, mindfulness, stress reduction, fitness and focus. Anje Yoga offers workshops and retreats for conferences, private events and healing retreats. These experiences are interactive and expand beyond the physical practice of yoga as the AnjeYoga’s intention is that you will shift to feel vibrant and confident in yourself and embrace life with more freedom and joy. Let me ask you a few questions. Do you want to believe that at your core you are enough and that no conditions need to be met for you to be worthy of love and belonging?
