Ann Collins Coaching provides coaching at executive, leadership and team levels for groups and individuals. Ann Collins specialises in helping teams at whatever level to transform their culture, become high performing by uplevelling their communication skills and challenging and removing barriers to realising their potential. She is interested in fostering creativity, leaning into conflict and using a coaching approach between colleagues and within teams to empower leaders to achieve the results they want and deserve. For individual private clients, Ann specialises in helping senior leaders and executives find their true purpose and become the person they need to be to fulfil it. Very often, they are at a crossroads and know that time is short and that now is the moment to make the decisions, to change unhelpful ways of thinking and take action. We provide an energetic, dynamic and focussed environment coupled with a friendly, inclusive and supportive ambiance. Meet Ann Collins: your Leadership Coach Host of the Leaders Who Love What They Do podcast, I'm a qualified coach with over 25 years of experience in education and leadership. For over 25 years, I've been helping people of all ages identify and realise their potential. I started out as a Primary School teacher in the UK and spent many years in the world of education as a leader, advisor and mentor working in countries around the world including Nepal and Zimbabwe. I've worked in complex local and international organisations and in a variety of contexts, for example, at government level, United Nations, schools and for the last 7 years, as a Director of my own language school on the French/Swiss border. Leaders who work with me come from a variety of contexts: small or large organisations, within a corporate environment or entrepreneurs with teams.
