I’m Dr. Anna McConville — a seasoned Pain Specialist, Certified Cannabis Consultant, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and resilient guide for those navigating complex health journeys. With over 30 years of integrative, whole-person care, I specialize in conditions the medical system often overlooks: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), chronic pain, trauma, dysautonomia, and mast cell activation disorders. My signature approach combines evidence-based physical therapy with somatic movement, pain neuroscience, cannabis therapeutics, and nervous system regulation to help people live more comfortably in their bodies. I don’t just treat pain — I teach transformation. Whether I’m leading stability classes for connective tissue disorders, designing cannabis protocols for severe pain and anxiety, or speaking on neuroplasticity and integrative care, my goal is to empower others with tools that promote resilience, regulation, and relief. I’m also a writer, speaker, and educator passionate about dismantling stigma around invisible illness and alternative pain care.
