We have an extensive safety program and drivers must past MVR checks and performance tests with annual re-certification required to keep driving company vehicles. We are fully licensed and insured with an experienced staff that carries an extensive collection of professional credentials and licenses, from Annco’s leadership team down to the team members. This includes but is not limited to having on staff Horticulturalists, a Registered Landscape Architect, a Landscape Designer, an Irrigation Contractor’s License holder, a Pesticide Applicator Certification holder, a Production Specialist, and much more! Annco utilizes E-Verify to ensure a 100% legal workforce, and every team member has been subjected to and has passed a full background check and drug test, with random drug testing to ensure we are a Drug Free Workplace. In 2016, Annco became a member of the Aspen Grove Landscape Companies which has boosted us with best-in-class training programs, best-practice operations and systems, back office administrative support, leadership support/mentorship, and the research and implementation of innovative technology such as field-used devices, software, and the newest emerging industry, battery-powered lawn equipment.
