Annex Design Services, Llc

We offer a full range of architectural design services, including rendering, design, drafting, permit preparation and submittals, feasibility studies, and construction observation. We have a sister company, Axiom206, LLC, which also performs commercial and residential construction and construction management. Our principal, Brad Hines, has a B.S. and B.A. in Architecture from Washington State University, an M.A. in Architecture from Tokyo National University, and a Master of Green Building Science from San Francisco Institute of Architecture. He has worked in the field since 1997.
