Annie Mac & Co. is a social impact strategy and design firm advising nonprofits, foundations, and K-12 schools on strategic planning, program design, and leadership development. As a team of strategists, designers, and coaches, we support social sector leaders to develop their organization's strategy and story, strengthen leadership, and build new programs. Our experience includes supporting national nonprofits to align regional hubs towards collective vision and common goals, helping public charter school networks replicate and expand, coaching leadership teams on teamwork and goal setting, and designing leadership programs for youth and adults. Our company is based in the Bay Area, but we have a growing network of team members, clients, and partners across the country.
