Therapy is healthcare! This is something most folk know but still act as though it is a controversial statement. Even more controversial: Black women need care that is specific to our needs in a world where white folk and men are championed above all others. Our therapist dedicate their themselves to you, Black Womxn who are ready to heal from the past, and find the path that leads to living YOUR best life! We specialize in how colorism (skin tone discrimination) and texturism (hair texture discrimination) impacts mental health and access to pleasure (yes, we talk about sex and relationships). With us you will find that you can do individual and relationship/couples therapy. We also like to offer a group experience or two on occasion.
