Stress is the number one cause of serious health problems & unhappiness. Identifying, understanding and working through chronic breathing habits as well as emotional patterns and triggers that no longer support us is a process that will break the stress patterns in our bodies & minds. My work increases self awareness, a willingness to feel the feelings and let go & ultimately a rebalancing of the nervous system. Every thought, feeling and emotion has a corresponding breathing pattern and whilst breathing is an automatic process, we also have the ability to control our breathing rate and with that the chemical balance in the nervous system. Awareness is instilled through specific breath focused observations and intentions Regulation of the breath, using various rates/ rhythms, physical stretches & body work to open energy pathways and alter our physical & mental state. Transformation is achieved when the combination of awareness and regulation work together in harmony. The breath that is simultaneously filled with Peace and Power is the way to a stress free and harmonious life.
