Anticipation Lab® is a web 2.0. global social survey platform to support anticipating the future and providing input for shaping it to the better by gathering inputs from whoever decides to join, around the world. The future is never a linear pathway from where we stand right now. Shaping the future although is a journey everybody contributes in many ways. We have limited foresight info about the future. In the words of James Surowiecki “most of us lack the ability - and the desire –to make sophisticated cost-benefit calculations” for getting to know it more. Still each of us do know certain things about the future and will finally influence it. Through gathering and integrating people’s contributions, Anticipation Lab® has the mission to offer a dynamic vision of history, crossing thoughts of the unthinkable realities while thinking trend breaks.
