WE BUILD SINCE 1956 Founded in 1956, by Elmo and Anna Antoniotti, in order to accompany the expansion of the construction activity hitherto carried out within the framework of a sole proprietorship, the public limited company Enterprise E. Antoniotti took advantage of the opportunities offered by the immediate post-war reconstruction period to meet the challenges of economic growth, by multiplying the real estate programs in Grenoble, Nice and Nîmes, with the support of a qualified staff of more than 180 employees and workers. Nearly 3,500 housing units will be built during the boom period of the "three glorious years" which will end in the early 1980s. Despite the vagaries of the economic situation, the construction activity then underwent a new boom thanks to the expansion of the ski resorts of Alpe d'Huez and Les Deux Alpes; Daniel Dandres, now at the head of the company, having had the flair to acquire, since 1972, a set of grounds to bet on the inexorable development of winter sports. Over the years, other real estate operations were carried out in Nice, then Grenoble, in the Vercors massif and Savoie, before returning to Alpe d'huez to build, in 2016, a building of six exceptional apartments,"Le Gressoney", leaned against the ice rink, in the heart of the resort's golden triangle.
