Anubhutee Learning Centre (ALC) is a learning program for children at Anubhutee Knowledge and Research Foundation - Non profit organization. ALC is an offbeat open learning space. Here, learning is not classes or homework or stress-inducing tests. Learning is engaging with the world with curiosity and motivation. Learning is raising questions and finding ways to get answers. Learning is trying out new skills at your own pace and in your own unique ways. Learning is about becoming self-aware. And most importantly understanding that it is your own responsibility. We create a lifelong love of learning through self-directed and democratic education. Self-directed learning empowers learners to take control of their education by encouraging them to set goals, pursue interests, and take responsibility for their own learning journey. This approach fosters intrinsic motivation, critical thinking, and autonomy. In a democratic learning environment, learners play an active role in decision-making, governance, and conflict resolution. They are actively shaping the culture and direction of the community.
