Anuenue Group (formerly FB Gemini) was founded in Hong Kong in 1998 by certain seasoned financial services professionals who decided to strike out on their own after a successful career at major financial institutions. Anuenue soon made a name in underwriting, advising on corporate finance, asset managing, securities broking and dealing. Up till 2005, the Group actively helped companies raise capital through share issuance and underwriting, mergers and acquisitions and advisory service. Since 2005, the Group also diversified into developing its financial products brokering and asset management business.
