Anzir is building the infrastructure and marketplace for immersive, interactive storytelling. We connect creators, operators, and players through a three-sided network—powered by digital content supply, unified online/offline delivery, and a data-driven pipeline that identifies IP with cross-media potential. We lower creation and operational barriers with AI-assisted writing, translation, and AI NPC/Orchestrator tools. We provide creators with an end-to-end toolchain, from ideation and structured script building to multi-language localizations and runtime orchestration, reducing TTM, improving playability, and enabling global distribution. Content is continuously iterated based on real player data. For operators, we offer Store SaaS and IoT scene packages that standardize experience quality, reduce training and complexity, and increase NPS and space efficiency. Stories gain persistent social value through synchronized online/offline modes, allowing them to be replayed, shared, and expanded. We are not a single content studio, we are an integrated platform combining content, technology, and distribution. Our ecosystem forms a self-reinforcing flywheel: standardized pipelines create scale economies; IoT deployments strengthen platform lock-in; and performance data feeds content selection, pricing, and IP development. Proven story worlds are extended into short-form series, film, publishing, and merchandise, forming a sustainable and growing IP asset pool.
