APACHE Chicken & Burger APACHE Chicken & Burger is the official brand operator in the GCC, built on two professionally developed, Egyptian-born food concepts — APACHE Chicken and Cowboy Burger — strategically unified under a single dual-specialty QSR brand designed for the GCC market. APACHE Chicken was founded in Egypt by former QSR industry experts and developed through a dedicated planning and testing phase between 2019 and 2021. The brand opened its first outlet in Haram City, Cairo, by the end of 2020, and rapidly expanded to 25+ outlets across Egypt, driven by strong consumer demand and its bold, distinctive fried chicken flavor profile. Cowboy Burger was developed as a flame-grilled, Western-style Angus burger concept, inspired by globally recognized premium burger brands. The concept was built in alignment with the standards, product discipline, and operating models of leading international burger chains, delivering a premium burger experience with mass-market appeal. In 2024, both concepts were acquired by an Omani–Egyptian food company and officially introduced to the Omani market under the unified brand APACHE Chicken & Burger. By the end of 2024, the brand successfully opened its first two outlets in Oman, marking the launch of a new regional growth chapter.
