Aparna Bhasin Consulting (ABC) provides strategic guidance and support to social purpose organizations and the related ecosystem – with the end goal of maximizing impact. We use a mix of consulting and coaching, working closely with our partners to understand their challenges and build customized solutions. Our core service areas include impact advisory, scale assessment and coaching, research and evaluation, and organisation capacity building. We began our journey by specialising in education and healthy child and adolescent development. However, recognising the interconnected nature of social innovation and development, our scope expanded quickly. Some examples of our work include- mixed methods research in urban slum development- process consulting on organisation efforts towards scale- participatory research towards strengthening rural collectives- curriculum design and teacher coaching for a school transformation project- and impact advisory for a foundation supporting multiple education innovations. Founded in 2015, over the last 8 years we have worked with over 30 partners ranging from large, established CSR wings of MNCs to small low-income educational institutions, from multi-sector foundations to smaller not-for-profits and social enterprises across the Indian social sector landscape. In how we work, we aim to build a deep understanding of context, rely on and contribute to the existing evidence-base, strive towards sustainability and always prioritise impact.
