Apco is a full-service engineering, consultancy and project management firm, established in 1987. We have offices in Ankara, Istanbul in Turkey and project offices in Burkina Faso and Iraq. Apco is certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards. Apco provides services in the areas of design, engineering, project and programme management, construction supervision, cost engineering, QA/QC, risk management and technical advisory to private and public sector clients.
