Apex Estimating was established by John Smyth in 2022. He has worked in the construction industry for more than twenty years. He started his journey as an apprentice electrician and progressed into an estimating role shortly after qualifying as an Electrician. While honing his skills as an Electrical Estimator, John obtained qualifications in Building Service Design Engineering and M&E Quantity Surveying. He has worked as an Estimating Manager and a Cost Manager in his previous roles. Having worked in both pre-contract and post-contract roles he has extensive experience and knowledge to aid his colleagues and clients. Our Estimating Team has a broad range of exposure within the construction industry. We have vast experience within Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Residential, Hospitality and Leisure construction sectors. We have completed electrical estimates for projects ranging anywhere from £100k to £5M. Our objective to provide professional, efficient and detail orientated Electrical Estimates to the Construction Industry. Customer satisfaction is key. Our goal is to build long lasting business relationships with our clients, which are mutually beneficial.
