Established in 2005, Apex Inventory Service began with a mission to provide an exceptionally accurate and efficient inventory count through highly motivated and skilled employees. The idea was born after spending five years in leadership at the nation's biggest inventory firm. While here, employee onboard was one simple questions,"Can you pass a drug test?". Employees lwere unmotivated, acked the desired skills and had little to no interest in doing high quality work. We knew we could build a better "mousetrap" by intensive screening of applicants through hiring only employees with 3-5 years of applicable experience, compensation well above the industry norm for retention and extensive on-going training and development to perfect their craft. With these values, Apex Inventory Service was born.
