Apex Law Partners was set up in 2005 by Vinod Kothari and Kaizar Merchant. The office of the Firm is located in Fort area, in the heart of financial district, in close proximity to the Bombay High Court, the Bombay City Civil Court and Sessions Court, Mumbai Debt Recovery, Tribunal and Property Registration Offices NCLT etc. The Firm owns a full service office, comprising of an experienced team of two partners, ten associates, paralegals, court clerks and other office support staff and affiliates.
