Aphelion Industries

Aphelion Industries innovates satellite structures & modules for the Zero Debris space sector. The Scottish start-up's flagship product is TARGE, a spacecraft armour system for ultra-resilient satellite platforms. The company is building a consortium to design a new generation of satellite platforms for ISAM, RPO, and assured operations in degraded or contested space domains. Aphelion is supported by UKRI STFC in the Higgs Centre for Innovation at the UK Astronomy Technology Centre, Royal Observatory of Edinburgh. Access to these world-class testing and space-product manufacturing facilities is maturing APHLN's delivery of the technologies and networks required for the responsible and resilient growth of the space sector.
