The Association of Real Estate Owners of Cote D’Ivoire (APICI) is a private organization whose aim is to establish perfect correspondence between future tenants and property owners. Our main goal is to be the interface between property owners and future tenants. We will strive to make every effort to ensure that all tenants who have been vetted through APICI background check are the most suitable for the property of his or her chosen and that he or she fulfills all the legal conditions of access to the property. Our services will make the effort to match qualify tenants with qualify landlord through a thorough background check that includes but not limited to rental background check, employment record check and a criminal background check. We will make sure that all documents provided by future tenants are true and unambiguous.
