Apis - Apulia Intelligent Systems

APIS main core business concerns design, construction, engineering and installation of intelligent systems, i.e. systems capable of synthesizing, processing and interpreting the information flow received from sensors (usually visual, but not only) in order to take independent decisions, to support automation of industrial processes (Industry 4.0, quality controls), to make diagnostics (monitoring and inspection, even 3-D, of products and infrastructures), as well as to provide security (safety, personal identification, smart video surveillance). APIS also provides design and implementation of algorithms (that require acceleration for real-time applications) on high performance parallel computing systems or on specialized hardware.
