We understand the interdependence between people, technology and processes We are able to do this because of our experience of software systems, staff management, organisational structures, training, project and change management and - most importantly - working with people. The 3 stages that we work through are- throughly understanding what is currently actually happening, why those things are happening and the impact on the organisation - collaboratively exploring and agreeing what should change and exactly when and how - supporting the organisation through making the changes and ensuring that everyone affected understands what is different, why things have been changed and how important their input is to the overall success We have worked with hundreds of organisations from all over the UK and Australia predominantly SME businesses (e.g. software companies, data & marketing companies, web site designers, third sector agencies) and medium to large arts organisations (e.g. Tate, Roundhouse, Arts Council England, Cheltenham Festivals, Arts Australia)
