The founders of APM decided to combine their knowledge and extensive customer contact and sales experience achieved over the last 35 years in total. Why the ambition and conviction to found APM? We sincerely believe the process of customer contact needs to be changed and improved in order to maintain, to be or to become successful in the future. We are fully aware to the fact this information is not unique. On the other hand we have Arjen who is a real sales professional with national and international experience. By combining our knowledge, experience and expertise we offer a genuine win-win situation for our customers: Advising our customers how to generate maximum turnover and profit and at the same time helping the internal organisation to improve the different departments, so as a result the employees are willing and eager to perform accordingly.
