Apmasphere is committed to improving the way a real estate agency, particularly a property management team, works. We believe that our industry is a fantastic one in which to build a successful and rewarding career and business. We also believe that potential is being held back by some legacy thinking and structural issues. We are all about addressing those issues. Apmasphere is offering in limited release its new collaboration and practice management platform Halo, released in early 2016. Halo works with an agency’s incumbent trust accounting software while helping drive team collaboration, better stakeholder communication and best practices. We have built a community of agents, operate a first-class consulting and training team and established the biggest property management conference ever in our part of the world. We have developed and codified some of our thinking in important areas like business strategy, growth, team structure and financial modelling. These have been published as books and offered as a range of consulting services. Apmasphere’s books - Connecting the Dots and Building Blocks - are widely recognised as a making a leading contribution to the collective thinking. Apmasphere has recently published its third installation Numbers Game. It focuses on defining a growth strategy and developing a marketing plan for an agency.
