Apna Clinic aims to provide a paperless solution to Clinics and Hospitals for record maintenance of their patients. This application provides the record maintenance of patients such as- Blood Group, Temperature, Weight, Height, Blood Pressure, Glucose level, Pulse rate, Respiration rate, Symptoms (which patients are facing), and many others. After the consultation of the doctor; records related to Diagnosis, allergy, Images of various test reports, and many others can also be restored in the database of the Patient. Our aim is to cater to every doorstep of clinics and hospitals and to provide a paperless approach for their Record maintenance.
