Apolinsky & Associates, LLC is comprised of three lawyers and a support staff to handle wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases in the states of Georgia and Alabama. We are focused on negligent security cases, in apartment complexes, hotels and business complexes and occasionally for car and truck accidents. In lower income communities, mega apartment complexes do not do enough to deter crime. Their focus is collecting rent and they would rather pay for liability insurance premiums instead of devoting the resources necessary to secure the safety of residents and visitors. We understand what it takes to fight for what is fair and just on behalf of our clients.
