Apolo Coffee

In 1890, the great-grandfathers of the Apolo family came to Guatemala on ships, bringing with them small coffee seeds which they planted in the mountain slopes. Growing in the fertile volcanic soil, coffee flourished under the shade of the rainforest, and Apolo began to become known for high quality coffee with incredible taste, all across the east of Guatemala. Now, four generations later, the farmers of the Apolo are still hard at work, improving all parts of their farming process, and working hard to do what others just talk about; connecting directly with the end consumer, and making sure they get the perfect experience in every cup.
