Dr. Birgit Toome operates her medical practice under Appearance Dermatology which was established in 1990. She and her entire staff are dedicated to the field of dermatology, specializing in all diseases of the skin, hair and nails. Dr. Toome maintains three medical offices in Southern New Jersey. Appearance Dermatology has 13 lasers to treat aging skin, acne scars, acne, broken blood vessels, legs veins, freckles and laser hair removal, as well as tattoo removal. The practice also offers multiple injectable fillers and Botox for facial rejuvenation as well as Velashape for non-surgical body contouring. In addition, we have multiple licensed aestheticians on staff who perform laser hair removal, facial peels, waxing and other procedures. Our goal is to integrate medical, cosmetic, surgical and aesthetic expertise to achieve total skin health. We are dedicated to caring for our patients and their goals.
