As part of MediaVelox, it is optimized for the media industry and its specific requirements. However, it also addresses various other branches, amongst them service providers and manufacturers. appero has been founded in 2013 by Michael Frohn. The appero team has years of Salesforce experience, an exceptionally good process know-how as well as a deep technological expertise (e.g. Lightning Components, Salesforce DX, APEX).
