Today our Cloud Commerce Platform supports millions of cloud subscriptions worldwide for CLOUD DISTRIBUTORS and TELECOM OPERATORS with major modules right from I - ntelligent Marketplace - Provisioning Automation - Lead to Order (L2O)- Ticket to Resolution (T2R)- Channel Automation - Subscription Billing and Management, And much more providing complete framework to build a channel of SaaS applications vendors, resellers, and customers in an all-inclusive Avatar. AppGallop has been instrumental in designing the end-to-end business support operations to launch cloud services for JIO, India’s largest telecom operator (500M+ subscribers) and now with Tata Tele another big name in Telecom Industry. We are today at the helm of a major Telco + Cloud (Telco to Techo) opportunity and with this we intent to add TMForum certified capabilities in our platform catering to core Telco BSS (Business Support Services) needs of operators worldwide. These services will include rating and charging, converged billing, customer experience management, interconnect billing, customer care, partner monetization and marketplace platform. This new module will aim to address wireless, fixed line, MVNO, and broadband providers, equipping them to offer telecom and cloud solutions from same platform. Which is a big gap and challenge today for telcos wanting to monetize the huge spectrum costs of 5G and soon enough 6G. AppGallop cloud-native BSS will be well-positioned to help CSPs swiftly support new applications and use cases.
