Appgm-Sdg Secretariat

The APPGM-SDG is a bipartisan initiative of the Parliament of Malaysia, dedicated to the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in all parliamentary constituencies in Malaysia. Between 2020 and 2025, we have undertaken efforts to localize SDG programs in 143 locations. At APPGM-SDG, we employ a grounded research methodology for mapping local issues and identifying micro SDG solution projects in collaboration with solution providers. We also offer capacity-building programs through mySDG Academy and engage in policy advocacy via the mySDG Center for Social Inclusion, in partnership with various stakeholders at the district, state, and federal levels. Our vision is to raise awareness and develop local solutions at the grassroots level, as well as to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of SDGs, making certain that no one is left behind.
