Apple Bus Company is a transportation services provider with headquarters in Cleveland, Missouri and operations in seven states. Apple Bus is a S Corporation that was incorporated in Missouri in September of The company has two owners, the Oyster family who operate the business and Great Range Capital, a Leawood, Kansas based small private equity firm. Apple Bus operates approximately 1800 vehicles predominantly in the states of Missouri and Kansas but with operations in Texas, Illinois, Alabama, Louisiana, Michigan and Alaska as well. Approximately 75% of our business is centered around pupil transportation with the balance being non-emergent medical transportation and shuttle bus work. Apple Bus Company employs approximately 1850 individuals. With many decades of experience in the passenger transportation industry there are very few companies in the country with staff and fleet better suited to meet the needs of your school district.
