More and more, we are completing risk assessments for individual Flats and blocks of Flats. Not the high rise ones. Ones from one to four floors, with or without a basement. Office risk assessments are popular too, and some more specialist ones where asked. With qualifications and Institute of Fire Risk Management (IFSM) membership, and being registered on their Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor register too, you get a high quality, detailed risk assessment and suggested remedies to any deficiencies identified. Applications Training now includes Fire Awareness and Fire Warden training. This can be prior to, or after completing a Fire Risk Assessment for your business, workplace, or residence.
