Applicos

Applicos, of Zwolle, Netherlands, was founded in 1993 and specializes in mixed signal measurement technologies for the semiconductor industry. Applicos delivers a test suite that includes hardware, highly integrated software, and a specialized suite of test methodologies. This combination of technologies ensures consistent measurement results across the data converter development cycle from design engineering to production test. The ATX7006 offers a flexible ADC/DAC quantification system that can flexibly test a wide variety of devices, and application of the software test suite ensures consistent, reproducible results and engineering rigor. Thus, the same platform can be used to enhance productivity of design and device validation engineers, while significantly reducing production test times at a fraction of the cost of ATE upgrades. The ATX7006 is a very cost effective way to add coherent mixed signal test capability to digital ATE, while maintaining correlation of results found earlier in the product cycle.
