Applied Component Technology Ltd.(ACT) is a forward thinking, experienced & innovative manufacturer based in Wrexham. ACT's background is rooted in supplying interior trim parts and systems to the automotive industry - such as loadfloors, loadspace covers, load restraining nets and plastic injection mouldings. ACT also supplies various components & assemblies to a variety of other sectors including the leisure, service and construction industries. IATF 16949 / ISO9001 accredited, ACT's core processes include- Compression moulding of lightweight structural composite panels- Injection moulding (current machines range from 50T to 900T)- CNC routing- HF welding of PVC assembles- Textile cutting, sewing and carpet wrapping- Die cutting of fabrics and NVH materials- General Assembly. ACT's manufacturing facilities offer a mix of 'state of the art', highly-automated, robotic systems and manual assembly cells allowing us to accommodate a range of project volume requirements. We pride ourselves in offering a 'ones stop' manufacturing service to our customers, made possible by our range of manufacturing capabilities and our highly skilled, innovative and experienced team.
